Little League® Recognizes the 2025 A Safety Awareness Program (ASAP) Award Winners

As a non-profit organization trusted by parents, Little League® is committed to delivering a safer, fun, and positive experience for kids in communities all around the world. Since 1995, the A Safety Awareness Program (ASAP), in coordination with Little League and Musco Lighting’s Official Sponsorship, has helped local leagues and districts across the country operate within a safe environment for everyone involved. 

Below are the 10 local Little League programs honored as Region Winners in 2025: 

Central Region 

  1. Broad Ripple Haverford LL, Indianapolis, Ind. NATIONAL WINNER
  2. Moline (Ill.) LL

East Region 

  1. Pompton Lakes-Riverdale (N.J.) LL 
  2. Oriskany (N.Y.) LL 

Southeast Region 

  1. Shady Spring (W.V.) LL 
  2. Western LL, Macon, Ga. 

Southwest Region 

  1. Pasadena (Texas) LL 
  2. Poteet (Texas) LL 

 West Region 

  1. Hermiston (Ore.) LL 
  2. Pendleton (Ore.) LL

The 2025 ASAP Award winners received a cash prize for their efforts. Additionally, Broad Ripple Haverford LL was announced as the winner of the national award, which includes a complete light system for a 200-foot field, provided by Little League’s Official Sports Lighting System, Musco Lighting.  

The top winners from each U.S. Region were celebrated at the annual ASAP brunch hosted by the Williamsport Country Club on Thursday, August 21. They were also honored before the start of Game 34 between Caribbean and Latin America at 7 p.m. on Howard J. Lamade Stadium.
