Horizontal Jumps: Bounds with James Thomas – Univ. of Oklahoma

Watch as Coach James Thomas explains, and athletes demonstrate these extended power-development bounding drills that work on creating force and horizontal and vertical movements. He will cover in detail the alternate leg bound, single leg bound, right-right, left-left bounds, and straight leg bound. Make sure to work both the dominate and non-dominate legs.

James Thomas was previously at Univ. of Georgia.
