Wade Barren joins Little League® Team as Donor Management Systems Coordinator

Little League® International has announced Wade Barren as its new Donor Management Systems Coordinator, effective April 7, 2025.

With more than 25 years of experience in supporting business operations, Barren most recently worked as a Development Systems Specialist/Data Analyst at the Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Barren has also gained experience supporting systems with a cost-effective approach while working for organizations like the Geisinger Health Plan in Danville, Pennsylvania.

“As Little League continues to build the foundation of its philanthropy and social impact initiative, we are excited to add Wade and his more than two-decades worth of business operations experience to our team,” said Delvina Morrow, Little League Vice President of Philanthropy and Social Impact. “Wade’s data-driven mindset and attention to business efficiency will make him a valuable asset to the team.”

In this new position as part of Little League’s recently established Philanthropy and Social Impact Department, Barren will support the organization’s fundraising and social impact initiatives by leading the implementation and development of the donor management platform. Additionally, he will provide internal staff training on proper usage with a focus on supporting donor research, reporting, and ongoing stewardship activities.

“Being entrusted with the role of Donor Management Systems Coordinator for Little League International is more than a position,” said Barren. “It is an opportunity to amplify the heart of youth sports by nurturing connections that empower generations of players, families, and communities to grow together.”

Barren graduated with an associate’s degree in business administration from Newport Business Institute in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, has completed course work in business management at Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (HCP).
